Our ever expanding technical team has built up a reputation that we take pride in. Pride in the quality and accuracy in technical drawings and specifications which are cost effective and time sensitive. Balancing the design with the technical detail means we carry out an internal audit to review the process, ensuring a smooth transition to site; taking into account any requests made by the local authority in relation to the scheme design and detailing.
We have an extensive technical library and technically evolved CAD system drawn from a great deal of CAD draughting experience. This allows us to ensure efficiency and consistency in presentational material. The team regularly monitor new regulations and standards issued by Government, NHBC and building institutions, as well as tracking trends to ensure the working drawings meet all the requirements needed.
