Whether it is smaller scale residential units, a larger development which forms part of a local authority's regeneration plans or commercial units, DCP applies its own rigorous criteria to ensuring the success of the development.
Our role is not only one of design consultant. We act as communicator and facilitator in negotiating, on behalf of our clients, with the local authority on the overall design of the scheme, the number of units, storey height and size of the public spaces.
