First Wessex bid is a runner up in Southampton
A recent competition to provide high density homes, that arent apartments, has been submitted to Southampton CC to be considered alongside 6 other RSL driven proposals. Although the bid wasnt successful, Richard Paine from Atlantic Housing , part of the First Wessex Group, stated \' These propsals are great, they illustrate a fresh approach that negates the needs for apartments on many schemes\'. The design was based upon our expanding vision of high density houses, now being utilised on many apartment led schemes.
