120 Homes now approved for Dunstable College
Working for Dunstable College directly, we have evolved a scheme that was designed to provide apartments, into this recently approved design. The new approved scheme provides 102 homes and merely 18 apartments in focal blocks. Density is still high at 80 dph with private amenity space split between balconies, roof terraces and front / side garden space equalling that of traditional housing terraces with circa 7m rear gardens. Approval was attained within the 13 week period.
