Name. Jonathan Worley Position. Planning Designer About. I was born and bred on the Isle of Wight and am one of the minions that make the commute across to the mainland. I have been working for Steve & Chris for the past two years and have seen the company grow from strength to strength. Since graduation I have worked for a number of architectural companies dedicated to achieving innovative and imaginative design solutions for a range of architectural applications. |
Following graduation I worked for a small family led architectural practice in Waterford Ireland, learning and gaining confidence from a wealth of expertise and experience from both architects and technicians alike. This led to a more active role in the design process. Culminating in designing bespoke housing for client's specific needs and also being involved in larger mixed use residential and commercial developments both locally and further a field, as part of the redevelopment and regeneration of selected sites in the North Dublin area. On occasion being fortunate enough to secure competition based projects, being actively involved in the procurement of future work.
After three years I felt it was time to return to my roots and move back to the island, gaining employment working for a number of local practices and independent developers. At times being fortunate enough to work on projects creating, developing, and implementing my own ideas. My interest in architectural design has not diminished, design is still a discipline that I participate in and find rewarding today!!
