About. At 16 I took my first architectural apprenticeship. At 17 I joined a consultants practice that dealt with purely residential and started my HNC. After 6 months the first CAD machines were bought. They laid around taking up space for a good few months before some Technicians embarked on the task of making them work. After a few days of mucking around I started putting together drawings. Soon after I joined a sister company that was embracing the CAD revolution.

I travelled around America for a while during 1991. When I returned I joined up with another design team where I really started to appreciate the processes throughout the design & construction period. I then moved again and in 1997 I met with Simon Cooper for the first time, who had not long been running Simon Cooper Associates. This is where I really cut my teeth in residential design for national developers. I duly started to drink beer after work every day. I left Simon Cooper in 1999 to develop my knowledge of 3D visualisations, while living in Germany. When I returned I started Digital Media Artwork which prove successful. In 2002 I entered into discussions with Simon to set up a Southampton office and get myself firmly back into the design process that I know and love the best, whilst bringing my experience in CAD, visualisations and business to the table.

My long standing relationship with both Steve Dalton & Simon Cooper is born of mutual trust and respect for the elements of the architectural design business we excel in. We continue to support each other and will do in the future. It has always been my view that an efficient and innovative approach to business will ultimately serve my clients best interests, thereby helping our business and its teams grow with the right grounding. I enjoy beer, snowboarding, my family and beer . . . ( not in that order.)
